We reserve the right to deny any exchange. Enamel Pin Grading System: Please note all products are hand made and no product is 100% perfect. Each is uniquely made by hand therefore some products can vary from one another.
- STANDARD GRADE: Best quality product we have to offer, this DOES NOT mean that it is 100% perfect. However guaranteed the best option we have in stock. Standard Grade Pins can contain minor manufacturing beauty marks that ranges from superficial lines to minor visual non-impactful marks this occurs during manufacturing and only seen with special lighting and angled images.
STANDARD GRADE PINS MAY INCLUDE:
– Tiny random specs of dirt on enamel or glitter
– Superficial scratching of enamel or metal plating
– Imperfect metal plating: seen as missing metal (may also be present on the sides or back)
– Small (pin size prick) air bubbles
– All small flaws only seen upon close inspection or special lighting
- B GRADE: (NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE) Will exhibit noticeable flaws of the type mentioned above and but not restricted to the following:
B GRADE PINS MAY INCLUDE:
– Random specs of dirt, dust, glitter, fibers
– Missing or broken metal lines
– Missing metal plating
– Air bubbles and pinholes
– Under fill or uneven enamel
– Wrong color enamel
– Missing enamel
– Slightly peeling enamel
– Missing screen print
– Misaligned screen printing

- C GRADE: Major Flawed
