Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This is valid for in hand and preorder products.
Each case will be assessed individually to see if it meets the specifications for cancellation or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or refund if we deem it necessary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

PRE-ORDER (PRE-SALE) POLICY

Pre-order items are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase and are manufactured after the pre-sale period.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Production & Delivery Time

Pre-order items require several weeks to a few months to be produced before shipping. Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on production.


Cancellation & Refunds

Pre-orders can only be canceled within 24–48 hours after purchase.

After this period:

  • Production planning and manufacturing processes begin
  • Materials, quantities, and factory slots are allocated

Therefore, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible


Made-to-Order Nature

All pre-order items are made based on customer demand, meaning:

  • They are not mass-produced stock items
  • Production is directly linked to confirmed orders

For this reason, once production begins, the order is considered final and non-refundable


Shipping

Orders will only be shipped once production is completed and items pass quality inspection.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

  • The order may be shipped together once all items are ready
  • Or split shipments may occur at the seller’s discretion

Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand the item is a pre-order
  • You accept the production timeline
  • You agree to the no-cancellation / no-refund policy after 24–48 hours

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at andreameierg@hotmail.com

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
